Where is RCM Tondre Storage located?
RCM Tondre Storage is located at 2002 Ave. X in Hondo, TX.  We’re right behind the Lone Star Kawasaki dealership on Hwy. 90.  

When can I access my storage unit or parked vehicle?
With our new automatic gate, customers can access their storage unit or parked vehicle 24/7.  Potential customers can call the office during office hours (10-2 M-F) to have the gate opened so they can come to the office.

When are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday – Friday from 10 AM until 2 PM.  You’re welcome to call our office anytime and leave a message – we’ll call you back as quickly as possible.

Do you have climate-controlled units?
No, not at this time.

What security features do you have in place?
We have 24-hour video surveillance, a fully fenced facility, an automatic gate (each customer has his/her own personalized gate code) and nighttime security lighting.

What type of parking do you have?
We have outdoor parking for RVs, vehicles, boats, and trailers.  One of our parking spaces does have access to electricity.

How do I pay my storage bill?
Payments can be made in a variety of ways . . . 1) pay online; 2) mail your check or money order; 3) stop by the office and pay by cash, check, money order, or debit/credit card; 4) drop your cash (with your name), check or money order payment in the slot of the office door; 5) call the office to make a debit/credit card payment; or 5) arrange to have your credit/debit card automatically charged for your monthly payment.

Is there a deposit or set-up fee charged when I rent a unit?
No, we do not charge a deposit or set-up fee.

Do I need any documentation to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID is needed.

Is there anything I cannot store in a unit or parking space?
Animals, plants, perishables, stolen or illegal items, ammunition, flammable or hazardous items, and explosive items are not permitted.

Do you offer storage insurance?
At this time, we do not offer storage insurance.  Please check with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance company to determine if stored items are covered; if not, check with a storage insurance provider.

Do I need my own lock?
Yes, you must provide a lock for your unit.  We do have disc locks available for sale at the office.
